1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because all products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, wrong size selection, or fit issues.

Please do not return any item without a shipping label & contacting us first. Any unauthorized returns sent to the address on the package will not be accepted or refunded.

2. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We accept free replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged.
- Poor quality printing or printing defects.
- Wrong item received (wrong design or wrong product type).
- Wrong size sent by us (different from the size ordered).
- Order has not arrived within:
30 days for US orders
60 days for international orders
(excluding 7–10 business days processing time)

To request support, please email us with:
- Order number.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
- Photo of the QR code or shipping label attached to the package (for damaged/incorrect items).

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the case qualifies.

3. REPLACEMENT & REFUND PROCESS

Replacement Orders
- Replacement orders follow the same processing and shipping timeline as normal orders:
- Processing: 7 business days
- Delivery: 2–4 weeks
- Customers do not need to pay any replacement or resend fees for approved cases.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after your request is approved.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. CASES DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept refund or replacement requests for:
- Customer selected the wrong size.
- Customer does not like the material as described in each product.
- Package is lost because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Customer changes the order or shipping address after the product has entered production or has been shipped.
- Customer returns the product without contacting our store.
- Customer refuses or misses delivery due to personal reasons.

5. ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

After placing an order, customers have 2 hours to contact us for order changes or cancellation.

After 2 hours, or once the order has entered production, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We always do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, in rare cases, customers may receive damaged items, printing defects, or incorrect products.

In these cases, we guarantee support through: free replacement or refund for the affected item.

Requirements:
- The item must be reported within 30 days after delivery.
- The product or print must be defective, damaged, or different from the ordered item.
- Customers must submit photos of the product as feedback to prove that it is defective.

7. LOST PACKAGE / RETURN TO SENDER

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Incorrect Shipping Address: 
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

Returned to Sender: 
If tracking shows the package was returned due to:
- Wrong address.
- Recipient unavailable.
- Package not collected on time.

We will not offer a replacement & will not refund in these cases.

8. LOST PACKAGE / RETURN TO SENDER

- Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, our responsibility ends. We will not be responsible for any successfully delivered orders that are subsequently stolen.
Customers should check:
Around their property.
With family members or neighbors.
With local delivery carriers.

- If a package is reported missing by customers but tracking confirms delivery, we will review the case within 1 month from the delivery date and provide assistance based on available carrier information. After 1 month, or if carrier tracking data is no longer available, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure before placing an order.
